Controller / Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Conducting product, margin, inventory and cost center analyses as well as ensuring transparency in corporate management
• Controlling and further developing the forecast and budget process in cooperation with the departments
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to IFRS and OR as well as responsibility for meaningful reporting to management and group
• Development, maintenance and automation of KPIs, management dashboards and reporting processes
• Assuming the SAP FI/CO key user role and actively shaping the further development of the financial system landscape
• Supporting projects in the areas of ESG reporting, digitization and transformation as well as close cooperation with the VP Finance & Services

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, finance or controlling (FH/Uni), ideally supplemented by additional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA or MBA
• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in finance and controlling, preferably in an international corporate environment
• Very good knowledge of IFRS, OR as well as solid experience with SAP S4 HANA FI/CO
• Confident handling of Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik) as well as knowledge in data modeling and automated reporting processes
• Analytical, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking combined with high initiative and sense of responsibility
• Communicative and team-oriented personality with the ambition to take on additional responsibility in the medium term
