YOUR MISSION:
- Oversee cash management and liquidity planning for Swiss entities and the wider Group.
- Manage banking relationships, facilities, loans, guarantees, and hedging activities.
- Act as Group Coupa super-user, leading onboarding, training, and system rollouts.
- Develop and maintain a cash forecast and treasury policy for the Group.
- Monitor and manage FX, interest rate, and credit risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate intercompany financing and ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with local accounting teams and Group Leadership to support financial transparency and growth.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or Controlling, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in cash controlling and treasury management.
- Proven experience within an international environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience with Coupa Treasury & Cash Management.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured, proactive, and self-motivated working style.
- Resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are native or business fluent in German and your English level is very good in written and spoken.
