SANTIS Training AG offers various integration programs at 5 locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as part of the vocational integration of IV and ALV insured persons. For the Therwil BL location, we are looking for, by arrangement, a

Case Management Vocational Integration 60-80%

As the case manager, you support participants and trainees in the vocational (re)integration into the primary labor market and accompany them throughout the entire integration process. In this position, you take on an important hub function.

Your tasks:

Regular exchange with participants as well as the referring agencies through weekly and location meetings
Observing, reviewing, and accompanying the target agreement and its implementation in collaboration with specialist support and the job coach
Regular reporting and ongoing management of the file with the case management software
Close contact with the referring agencies and all other involved contact persons

Your profile:

Solid experience in labor market integration in the IV environment as well as further training in case management, coaching, or social work
Knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system (IV)
High social competence as well as personal responsibility and solution-oriented action
Experience in dealing with psychologically impaired persons as well as in crisis management
Independent and responsible working style
Very good PC skills (MS Office) as well as confident German in spoken and written form
