Responsibilities:
- Identification, evaluation, and implementation of digitization and automation potentials in collaboration with the business.
- Introduction of AI-supported tools & processes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Analysis & optimization of end-to-end business processes through technology use.
- Training & coaching of departments on digital methods and solutions.
- Promotion of a culture of continuous digital improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, digitization, business engineering, or similar.
- Experience in digitizing processes, ideally in SMEs or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge in process analysis, RPA, workflow automation, ideally also AI/ML.
- Experience in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking).
- High understanding of business processes and technology use.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.
