At the Meiringen Private Clinic, people with all forms of mental suffering find admission, treatment, and care. The third largest psychiatric clinic in the canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for inpatient psychiatric basic care in the eastern Bernese Oberland. At the PZJE (Psychiatric Center for Young Adults), we treat young adults aged between 16 and 25 years with disorders from the entire spectrum of psychiatry with comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. The center has 30 beds and is divided into a crisis intervention area and a psychotherapy area. Treatment is based on the latest evidence-based medical, therapeutic, and nursing knowledge.
Your tasks
- Main responsibility for implementing patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and key worker activities
- Commitment to high-quality nursing in the sense of best practice
- Active participation in the interprofessional treatment process
- Participation in interdisciplinary treatment meetings.
- Contributing to the improvement of quality and process workflows.
- Guidance and supervision of students/trainees in everyday nursing.
