Your tasks:
• Technical 2nd-level support of our VoIP & Internet solutions via our various communication channels (phone, email, ticket & chat)
• Supporting the sales team in advising our partners and customers
• Creating guidelines and managing wiki documentation
• Administrative and technical tasks related to our products
• Willingness and support to further develop our partners
• Analyzing telephone customer inquiries and forwarding them to the relevant departments
Your skills:
• Solid network knowledge and willingness to develop further in the areas of VoIP and PBX (Voice over IP and Private Branch Exchange)
• Ideally a degree in computer science or a comparable field
• Native Swiss German; knowledge of English & French is a plus
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to the company
• Experience in telephone customer support (advantageous)
• Communication talent, both oral and written
