Commercial Maturity Intern MPC (3+1) Summer 2026

Facility Management: Monitoring the systems & functionality of maintenance / property protection systems as well as room & object lighting. Organization of transports.

Maintenance Cleaning (UHR) & Maintenance: Disposal work, inventory management including procurement of replacement material, control of cleaning work. Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work in the area of facility management.

First-Level Support: Receiving and processing hardware, software, network and communication problems as 1st level support. If necessary, initiate the escalation procedure via ticket.

Maintenance / Development & Updating of Technology: Updating the inventory as well as the operating manuals. Developing simple scripts & applications for users from workstation systems & mobile devices. Implementation of ICT protection measures according to operational guidelines and those of the canton.

Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in operational maintenance. Initial experience in IT, knowledge in Active Directory, in the area of rights assignment, Microsoft client and server environments, MS applications especially MS Office 365. You consider yourself a "digital native".

Personality: You are a helpful, team-oriented, socially competent person with high self-motivation and an independent, precise as well as result- and service-oriented way of working. You are resilient and have very good manners.

Education: Specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, additional training in Mediamatics EFZ or ICT specialist (or equivalent) is an advantage. Proven experience in the declared areas of responsibility.

Language: Flawless German skills in spoken and written form. English skills are an advantage.
