About the job
Tasks & Challenges- Development and implementation of international sales strategies for multiple markets to achieve sales targets
- Management and expansion of a portfolio of key B2B partners, including luxury travel operators, tour operators, distributors, and specialists in wellness travel
- Proactive identification of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships worldwide
- Organization and leadership of sales trips, customer meetings, familiarization trips, site visits, and customer events at an international level
- Representation of Chenot Palace Weggis at international trade fairs, networking events, and industry consortia
- Close collaboration with external international sales staff and distributors
- Development of strategic advertising initiatives (partnerships, sponsorships, co-marketing activities) to strengthen brand presence in key markets
- Monitoring global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in luxury wellness travel
- Planning and conducting regular webinars, presentations, and training sessions for partners
- Supervision of contract negotiations and commercial agreements with external partners
- Management of budgets, forecasts, and cost control in line with business objectives
- Definition, monitoring, and promotion of department- and market-specific sales KPIs in close cooperation with revenue management and data analysis to ensure actionable performance insights
- Maintenance of accurate database management
- Willingness to travel internationally (including occasional weekends due to events and trade fairs)
Qualifications & Competencies
- At least 1–3 years of international sales experience in luxury hospitality, wellness tourism, and luxury travel
- Proven success in B2B sales with an existing network in one or more key markets: United Kingdom, Middle East, India, France, Australia, and/or CIS markets
- In-depth knowledge of luxury customer expectations and trends in wellness travel
- Experience working with international distributors, travel agencies, and consortia
- Strategic thinking combined with practical implementation in sales
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- High organizational skills, initiative, and result orientation
- Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities independently
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a great advantage
- Commercial acumen and strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Confident, professional, and persuasive appearance
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an international environment
