QA Inspector Labels
The QA Inspector in the Clinical Label Services department is responsible for receiving unprinted and printed labels as well as booklets for clinical studies. Furthermore, he/she is responsible for ensuring the accurate shipment of labels for clinical studies.
He/She is responsible for the release of incoming goods as well as the outgoing goods to internal production and directly to the customer.
The role requires competent use of FCS computer systems and SOPs as well as adherence to the quality standards and deadlines of Fisher Clinical Services and Clinical Label Services.
The incumbent must have good communication skills in spoken and written form, be well organized, possess administrative skills, and be able to manage time and workload efficiently.
Responsibilities
Sampling, inspection, and release of delivered labels/booklets from internal and external suppliers.
Review of study-relevant documents as part of the release of outgoing goods according to SOPs.
Release of orders that have been checked and are ready for shipment.
Economical and smooth shipping process.
Timely review of GMP-compliant documentation (printing house papers) and subsequent archiving.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of quality control; preferably experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse groups of people.
Pronounced administrative and organizational skills.
Preferably good English skills.
