To strengthen our team in the Restaurant, we are looking for a motivated and committed Assistant in Restaurant, 100% starting immediately at the location Emmen.

Your Responsibilities

• You ensure a smooth operation and implement the quality and hygiene guidelines in the Manora restaurant.
• You create a stylish market atmosphere according to the concept.
• You identify, evaluate, and utilize the local supply potential.
• You are responsible for the personnel management of the employees.
• You are responsible for an organized and employee-oriented structure of the restaurant (scheduling, etc.).
• You ensure the training and development of employees as well as young talents.
• You are present on the floor, lead, and support the employees in their daily work.

Your Profile

• You ideally have completed basic training in the gastronomy sector or have graduated from hotel management school.
• You bring extensive experience in gastronomy.
• You live and love the role of host.
• You have ideally gained some leadership experience.
• You convince with a resilient, enduring, and reliable personality.
• You have a positive attitude towards work, can transfer this to the employees, and motivate them sustainably.
• You are an improvisation talent and enjoy challenging questions.
• You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and maintain calm and overview in hectic situations.
