The Finance Department plays a central role within the company. It brings together accounting, collections, management control activities, as well as logistics (infrastructure, purchasing, decoration workshop). As part of strengthening our team, we are looking for a: Tax Expert (f/m/x) – 80% to 100%
As a tax expert, you are the guarantor of the tax compliance of the Vaudoise Group entities, both in Switzerland and internationally. You support the company in its strategic reflections and transformation projects with a rigorous and proactive tax vision.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the tax compliance of the Group, in Switzerland and abroad
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and provide appropriate recommendations
- Support entities in analyzing the tax impacts of their strategic decisions
- Prepare and supervise tax declarations, maintain relations with authorities
- Participate in tax optimization and structuring projects
- Implement active monitoring and adapt internal processes accordingly
Your profile:
- Advanced degree in tax law, economics, or finance (Master's, federal tax specialist diploma, certified public accountant specialized, etc.)
- Significant experience in taxation, ideally in the insurance sector or in a firm
- Strong knowledge of Swiss tax law and international issues (e.g., OECD Pillar II)
- Ability to manage multiple files independently and in a structured manner
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluency in French and/or German; English is an asset
