Your tasks in detail
- You lead, coach, and develop your team – both professionally and personally
- You ensure high customer satisfaction and monitor compliance with our quality standards
- You manage your own real estate portfolio of institutional owners
- You ensure efficient and high-quality management within your team
- You competently advise the ownership and deliberately build relationships
Your profile
- Commercial basic training with a specialist certificate in property management
- Several years of solid experience in property management
- Ideally, you already have some leadership experience (advantageous)
- You convince through responsibility, clear communication, and reliability
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
