- Experience in food production, preferably in cheese making or maturation.

- Technical understanding with SAP, MES, and warehouse management.

What you can achieve
- You ensure the flow of information within the team – even during absences or shift handovers.
- You identify training needs and support your team with targeted further education.
- You coordinate processes in daily operations and actively assist at the facilities yourself.
- You manage inventory, conduct stocktaking, and ensure material availability.
- In coordination with the NGP shift supervisor, you take on the deputy role of the Ripening Manager if needed.
- For technical questions, you are the first point of contact for internal and external partners.
What you bring with you
- Experience in food production, ideally in cheesemaking or ripening.
- Enjoyment in leadership and the drive to help people progress.
- Thanks to your structured, solution-oriented working style – even when things get hectic.
- Technical understanding and confident handling of SAP, MES, and LVS.
- Because quality, hygiene, and safety are important to you and you lead by good example.
- Openness to new things and willingness to actively shape projects.
