Job Description
The ESG General Services Administrator supports the implementation of the Group’s ESG decarbonisation strategy with a focus on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and ensuring robust, audit-ready sustainability data across all Group entities. The role contributes to the continuous improvement of ESG environmental data collection processes and supports the COO, Finance, and Corporate Sustainability teams in deploying advanced tools for data analysis and system automation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the Group’s decarbonisation strategy, contributing to the reduction of GHG emissions in line with established targets.
- Coordinate the collection of ESG environmental data at the Group level and participate in periodic reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide support for centralised data entry activities for Switzerland as required.
- Perform quality checks on ESG data, identifying and reporting anomalies or inconsistencies to data owners.
- Conduct checks on consolidated ESG data at the Group level, ensuring timely finalization of the annual Sustainability Report in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage annual training sessions for data owners and key stakeholders across the Group.
- Contribute to the preparation of update presentations for Committees (e.g., Steering Committee) and Senior Management.
- Support the ESG data quality assurance process, including coordination with external auditors.
- Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Sustainability, and IT teams to develop systems for data analysis, automated data management, and report generation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in ESG data management, sustainability reporting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and system automation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong preference for proficiency in English.
