Responsibilities:

Technical management and operational control of all production activities in the lamination area with the aim of ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality processes. You are the technical key figure in the area and support the department in achieving production goals. In doing so, you take over the coordination of resources and the technical leadership of the shift teams to ensure their optimal deployment and continuous development.

• Operational management of the "Lamination & Impregnation" area, as well as ensuring smooth production processes
• Technical leadership and support of the shift teams, including coaching and know-how transfer
• Planning and coordination of resources (shift staffing, vacation planning, technician deployments)
• Monitoring product quality and compliance with occupational safety guidelines
• Analysis of deviations and implementation of preventive and corrective measures
• Participation in process optimization and continuous improvement projects
• Support in the introduction of new technologies and investment projects
• Ensuring correct time and attendance recording in your area of responsibility

Requirements:

• Completed technical basic training with EFZ (e.g., plant operator, production mechanic, chemical technician, or comparable)
• Further training as a process specialist or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in production
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
• Good technical knowledge in handling machines and equipment
• Structured working method, quick comprehension, and organizational talent
• Strong communication skills and team orientation
• Confident handling of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office
• Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
