Your Job in Brief
- In your role, you take care of the security of our premises.
- You independently operate the security center and all its facilities (access control administration, CCTV, fire alarm system, emergency alarm system, GSA and more).

What Awaits You
In your new job, you will be right in the middle of the security area, specifically in the "Tera" team. This is your chance to take on a lot of responsibility – in a company that sees (financial) security as part of its DNA.
Your tasks include, among others:- You are the first point of contact for many concerns of our employees, suppliers, tenants, and visitors.
- You operate and monitor our modern security systems.
- You install and operate multimedia equipment at events and meetings.
- You conduct inspection rounds in the properties of Baloise Park.
- To ensure the security of our premises around the clock, we work in shifts.

What We Expect
We are looking for a reliable, independent, and service-oriented person who enjoys shift work. In demanding situations, you act thoughtfully and can make solution-oriented decisions. You see unexpected situations as a challenge.
Furthermore, you are willing to further your education in the field of Safety and Security and to accompany extraordinary assignments. Providing first aid in an emergency is a matter of course for you. In addition, you will be confronted with confidential matters: you know how to handle them discreetly and confidentially.
Your qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (preferably in a technical field)
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Ideally experience with shift work
- Very good German spoken and written, knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Impeccable reputation (check of debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
