Our Ward 3 North is a committed team of 50 employees and trainees who work together to provide optimal care for our patients. As a mixed rehabilitation ward, we care for patients from the fields of internal medicine, oncology, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.

Your tasks

Supporting patients with personal hygiene, food intake, excretion, and mobilization according to the care plan

Taking on delegated tasks in the areas of regulating body temperature, breathing and circulation, measuring height and weight, as well as prophylactic nursing measures

Shaping the patient environment and ensuring cleaning and disinfection measures on the ward

Ensuring order in the ward area

Your profile

Completed training as a nursing assistant or SRK nursing helper course

Empathy and patience in dealing with elderly, care-dependent people

Resilience, endurance, and a good sense for the needs of others

Teamwork skills and good communication skills in German
