Tasks
- Preparation of payroll runs for the external fiduciary partner
- Preparation of employment contracts, work certificates, and job descriptions
- Maintaining personnel files
- Mutation notifications to social insurances including accident reports
- Contact point for personnel questions (labor law, pension fund, internal regulations, etc.)
- Optimization of workflows (continuous improvement process) and participation in projects
- General administrative tasks
Profile
- Commercial education or further training
- Several years of experience in preparing payroll runs (advantageous for an SME with shift work)
- Flawless German language skills (written and spoken)
