We are looking for a lawyer for data protection and compliance 50% - 60% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- You review contracts with a focus on compliance and data protection and participate in project groups as needed
- You are responsible for maintaining our data protection policies and registers and respond to data protection and compliance inquiries
- You support your superiors in the further development of the compliance management system
- You monitor relevant laws and regulations and regularly conduct audits with the specialist departments
- You share responsibility for structured reporting on data protection and compliance to management and relevant committees
- You convey the necessary knowledge about data protection and compliance internally in a target group-oriented manner through internal publications and training
Your Profile
- Completed studies in law or comparable education with further training in data protection and compliance
- Knowledge of Swiss law is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in similar positions is mandatory
- Communication skills combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness
- Independent, strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style
