With state-of-the-art technology and a motivated team, we focus on professionalism and quality.As part of our continuous development, we have created a new position and are looking for a Project Engineer 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for technical customer and engineering projects
- End-to-end management from requirement clarification through technical specification to implementation
- Evaluation of technical solutions, materials, processes, and manufacturing methods
- Planning, coordination, and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
- Close technical coordination with customers (specifications, design reviews, feasibility assessments)
- Ensuring industrialization including process validation, FAT/SAT, and support during commissioning
- Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality of assigned projects
- Identification of risks and derivation of measures
- Close collaboration with R&D, Operations, Quality, Purchasing, and other technical departments
- Ensuring a clean handover to production and after-sales
Your Profile
- Completed higher technical college HF in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, plastics technology, production technology) or equivalent education
- Several years of experience as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, or in comparable technical project roles
- Solid knowledge of production processes, industrialization, or technical development projects
- Confident appearance in direct customer contact and ability to communicate technical content clearly
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
- Experience with FAT/SAT, process validations, or technical approvals is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (mandatory)
- Resilient, assertive, and capable of driving projects goal-oriented
