The Basic Banking Projects and Engineering department drives the digitization, modernization, and automation of our services to create sustainable added value for our customers and the bank. We accompany projects from idea to implementation in the areas of deposit business, cards, package solutions, and cash supply.
In this role, you are responsible for agile projects and support portfolio management in planning, coordination, and prioritization. With organizational talent, strategic foresight, and a motivating manner, you contribute to successfully implementing our roadmap.

Your tasks
- Responsibility for management as well as planning, controlling, and implementing complex projects considering agile principles (SAFe)
- Close collaboration with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and interdisciplinary teams
- Proactive identification and management of risks as well as development and implementation of measures to ensure project success
- Promoting transparent and open communication within agile teams, ARTs, and with relevant stakeholders
- Participation in agile planning processes such as PI plannings, iteration plannings, and backlog refinements as well as management of dependencies between teams
- Monitoring progress using agile metrics, managing the budget, and ensuring compliance with time, cost, and quality requirements
- Organizing tests, approvals, and go-live activities within agile release cycles as well as continuous reporting on project status (e.g., ART syncs, EPIC status meetings)
- Supporting business portfolio management in creating and maintaining the portfolio roadmap as well as cross-portfolio capacity planning
- Ensuring cost control and budgeting of required resources within the framework of strategic investment goals
Your profile
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with further training in project or portfolio management
- Experience in leading and motivating interdisciplinary teams as well as leadership qualities and the ability to foster an open and innovative team culture
- Several years of experience in project and program management
- Analytical, strategic, and networked thinking
- Experience with agile methods (e.g., SAFe) as well as cross-departmental collaboration and complex stakeholder management
- Strong numerical understanding and confident use of tools such as Excel and other analysis and planning tools
- Strong communication skills in German (spoken and written)
