- Independent organization of daily workflows
- Committed collaboration in the collegial team in shift work, in the delivery room, and the gynecological on-call and standby service
- Implementation of our in-house standards and guidelines
- Commitment to the training and further education of medical staff
Your profile
- German recognition as a specialist physician (m/f/d) in gynecology and obstetrics
- For non-native speakers: very good German language skills in spoken and written form (C1 certificate)
- Commitment and initiative in organizing daily routines
- A motivating personality
- Passion for the field of gynecology and obstetrics as well as joy in the work
- Willingness to actively shape the clinic and collaborate in interdisciplinary projects
- Friendly and supportive interaction with our patients and their relatives
