Your mission:

• Review & Evaluate - You analyze mortgage applications for various clients and keep all risks in view.
• Mortgage know-how - You analyze credit requests, identify risks, and provide well-founded decisions.
• Communication professional - Coordination and collaboration with employees of external sales partners (e.g., MoneyPark, other brokers) as well as telephone advice to borrowers.
• Structure & Strategy - You optimize processes and help make our lending more efficient.
• Development & Responsibility - With experience in the mortgage business, you grow into a controller role and take on the second review of credit applications.

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in credit assessment and/or the mortgage business
• A good sense for numbers, risks & opportunities
• Fluent Italian and German skills, other national languages are an advantage
• Team spirit – you are reliable, act independently, and actively contribute
• Analytical personality with a high quality awareness
• Strong communication skills & tact in dealing with customers and partners
