About the job

• You ensure seamless, precise goods recording – from quantity, condition, and packaging to sizes and correct master data
• You secure product availability by actively managing the smooth interaction between purchasing and goods receipt, recognizing and resolving bottlenecks early
• You responsibly operate our automated systems for storage and retrieval, understand their functionality in detail, and ensure in cooperation with the technical department that quality standards are always met
• You lead and develop team leads, deputies, and employees both professionally and disciplinarily, question structures and roles, and create clear responsibilities throughout the area
• You manage performance through relevant key figures (QLB) and derive effective measures for quality, performance, and efficiency
• You are responsible for personnel deployment planning including time and vacation control, while operational implementation lies with the team leads
• You consistently drive process optimizations, including lean, digitization, and automation initiatives – and continuously develop standards
• You coordinate and lead area-relevant meetings (shop floor, daily, stand-ups, team and area meetings) and work closely with technical, purchasing, quality, logistics control, and other interfaces

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, ideally in a two-tier leadership responsibility where you have specifically developed teams and confidently managed challenging phases such as team restructuring or increased turnover
• A completed advanced training at HFP/HF level in logistics management, supply chain, or business administration
• A strong process understanding and analytical thinking to comprehend complex procedural topics, reorganize them, and implement sustainable improvements – also with regard to efficiency and quality
• Very good IT user skills and a high affinity for automated logistics and data systems, with which you create transparency, controllability, and process reliability
• A strong, solution-oriented communication and leadership personality that actively influences, creates clarity, drives decisions, and confidently aligns stakeholders such as suppliers, purchasing, technical, or quality departments towards common solutions
• Resilience, flexibility, and confidence in dynamic situations, especially in dealing with diverse suppliers, changing requirements, and ongoing process adjustments
