For our night shift (permanent night work), we are seeking a shift supervisor in the cleanroom where our consumables are produced in the ISO7 area. In this responsible position, you lead a small team, ensure smooth production processes, and guarantee material availability so that we can supply our customers worldwide with consumables.
What You Can Achieve
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of 11 employees in the permanent night shift in the cleanroom as well as personnel deployment planning
- Overall responsibility for all technical equipment in the cleanroom (First Level Support)
- Ensuring high line productivity
- Responsible for production quantities and compliance with quality requirements
- Ensuring cross-shift information and goods flow
- Provision and processing of manufacturing orders for internal production
- Training and further development of employees
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
What Sets You Apart
- Technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable, ideally with further higher education
- Several years of professional experience in production as well as in disciplinary and technical personnel management. Experience in cleanroom (ISO7) is a plus
- A strong awareness of quality, hygiene, and safety standards as well as a structured way of working
- Affinity for digital processes and very good PC skills – experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
- High independence, assertiveness, as well as strong communication and social skills
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts
