Your Role:

Shape the future of the credit sector with us

As part of our dedicated team in the Value Stream Financing, you take on a central role in the further development of our credit processes:

• You actively drive the digitization of the end-to-end credit process and help shape the implementation of our ACT 26 strategy
• You take on the management of projects and subprojects to optimize processes related to mortgage loans and commercial financing
• You are responsible for all project phases – from planning and requirements gathering to the creation of IT specifications, testing, and implementation in the business

Your Education and Experience:

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience as a project manager, business analyst, or as a client advisor with project responsibility in the credit environment
• You have a strong affinity for IT topics and ideally knowledge of Avaloq or another core banking system

Your Working Style:

• You like to take responsibility, work solution-oriented, and keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks
• Quality, initiative, and team spirit characterize your working style
• Stakeholder management suits you: you communicate clearly, build sustainable relationships, and successfully bring together different interests
