From apartment viewings to tenant selection, the tasks of this assistant position are very diverse. Do you want to support our property management team in Zug-Baar in managing an exciting real estate portfolio?

• Handling tenant concerns
• Processing terminations
• Creating rental contracts and amendments
• Conducting viewings and apartment handovers as well as takeovers
• Issuing and supervising craftsman orders
• Preparing final accounts
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable accounting (control, coding, dunning, collection, etc.)
• Participating in mandate takeovers and handovers
• Independently conducting credit checks and timely advertising of rental properties
• Assisting with insurance cases up to settlement with insurance companies
• Independent correspondence and general office and secretarial tasks
• Support with filing and archiving documents

• Completed commercial basic training
• Ideally at least 1 year of professional experience in property management
• Confident German, foreign language skills are an advantage
• You are an organizational talent with insight and nothing escapes your notice quickly
• You respond calmly and composedly even in challenging situations
