Around 130 employees and trainees ensure the well-being of the elderly at the Sandbühl retirement center as well as in two different nursing apartments and in assisted living at Bachstrasse and Mühleacker.
For our team in the Mühleacker nursing apartment, we are looking for a motivated
Certified Nursing Specialist HF 80 - 100 %
Your main tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation and design of nursing diagnostic processes
- Taking over daily and house responsibility (only in early and late shifts, no night shifts)
- Professional responsibility and care according to the principles of Palliative Care
- Reference and treatment care
Your profile
- Completed training as a nurse at HF, DN1, DN2 level
- Professional experience in the field of dementia and palliative care
- Experience with RAI and EasyDok is an advantage
- Personality with high empathy and good social skills
- Independent, reliable and professional way of working
