As a warm host above the clouds, you sweeten the start and end of our passengers' vacations. In addition to their well-being, you are responsible for safety on board. You work in collegial and open teams and can look forward to a varied workday as well as free days at our dream destinations.
Additionally, you are responsible for:
- Preparing the aircraft cabin and ensuring workflows before, during, and after the flight
- Conducting the Edelweiss on-board service and on-board sales

At the time of entry, you have completed basic education (vocational training, Matura/Abitur, etc.) and bring joy in dealing with people and a customer-oriented attitude. Furthermore, you are characterized by your high resilience and great sense of responsibility.
Additional qualifications:
- Good conversational skills in German (at least level C1) and English (at least level B2); additional language skills are an advantage
- Swiss or EU passport with a good connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
- Well-groomed and winning appearance with great warmth (please note the regulations regarding tattoos in the application form)
- Enjoyment of teamwork, good communication skills, and a pronounced empathy
- Quick comprehension and high learning ability
- Men: Proof of completed military basic training (RS), civil service, or confirmation of unfitness for service
- Minimum height 158 cm
- Good swimming skills
