Your field of activity

• In close cooperation with the department management, you lead and promote your employees appreciatively, purposefully and responsibly. In doing so, you actively shape a positive team and department culture and create an environment in which collaboration and further development are encouraged
• Together with your team, you ensure professional, evidence-based and high-quality care and actively work in direct care
• You take responsibility for organising the daily work routine, promote open and transparent communication and actively help shape the optimisation of processes and workflows
• You promote the professional and personal development of your employees and strengthen constructive, appreciative collaboration within the team as well as with interprofessional partners

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and ideally already have several years of professional experience
• Ideally, you already have leadership experience at team leader level or are willing to undertake targeted further training in leadership
• You work with commitment, reliability and structure, like to take responsibility and keep an overview even in demanding situations. As an open and communicative personality, you appreciate teamwork
• You convince through empathy, assertiveness and a good sense for different situations and manage to inspire your team for common goals
