Your Profile:

·         Completed training in the kitchen/cook/pastry chef

·         You have already led a position and supported the head chef in planning all

          processes in daily business

·         You show joy in cooking and handling food, possess very good

          product knowledge and have an eye for loving details

·         A high awareness of quality characterizes you, as well as a cost-conscious

          way of working

·         You are responsible, a team player, and willing to constantly learn

·         You have an exemplary work attitude and set an example for other colleagues

·         Maintain motivation in the team

          Flexibility, good manners, and reliability complete your profile

Your Tasks:

·         You independently lead and organize the station and are responsible for the preparation as well as

          the production and preparation of the dishes

·         You support the head chef with daily orders, as well as the

          associated quality

·         You consider hygiene and food regulations of the HACCP

          concept in your work

·         You pass on your expertise to other colleagues and trainees and train them accordingly
