You take on a key role and contribute to ensuring that our customers continue to be well cared for and reliably supported in the future.
Your tasks
- Ensuring system technology know-how in collaboration with technical management, sales, and national support
- Coordination of service deployments, maintenance, and training as well as inventory management
- Planning and conducting training in the area of system technology
- Direct support of key customers and projects as well as 2nd-level support via email and phone
- Optimization and standardization of workflows and support processes as well as handling
administrative tasks - Active participation in shaping system technology according to internal guidelines
- Technical and organizational leadership of the system support team including team and individual meetings
- Responsibility for occupational safety, health, and environmental protection in your own area
- Continuous review and further development of support processes
Your profile
- Completed technical training and several years of experience in technical support
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as didactic ability
- Team orientation, high flexibility, and willingness to share knowledge
- Willingness to travel, good IT skills, and continuous willingness to learn
- Driver's license category B
- Very good German; English skills are an advantage
