Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of Digital Health projects such as the introduction of our clinical information system KISIM, AI solutions, or integration of third-party solutions in Swiss hospitals
• Support customers in the long-term planning of the further development of their KISIM installations
• Ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and goal achievement
• Identification of risks and active risk management
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchy levels

Your profile

• Proven success as a project manager in software development, ideally with a track record in healthcare or life sciences
• Completed technical, scientific, or business studies.
• Knowledge of Digital Health technologies, e.g., patient portals, apps, interoperability, data platforms, and/or clinical environment.
• Experience with agile methods, e.g., SAFe, Scrum, and/or classical project management standards, e.g., PMI, PRINCE2
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working style.
• High initiative and solution orientation.
• Fluent in German and English, French is a great advantage (spoken and written).
