To strengthen our specialist department, we are looking for a motivated person as a clerk | personal insurance clerk at our headquarters in Würth Haus Rorschach.

YOUR TASKS

Your area of responsibility includes the administrative processing of incoming contract documents and collaboration in the processing of claims cases. Your scope of competence also includes tenders related to existing insurance contracts. You will be in contact with various insurance companies as well as our valued clients in German-speaking Switzerland and Ticino. Through your activity, you will make a fundamental contribution to long-term customer loyalty.

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• Work experience in the insurance sector, preferably in the field of personal insurance (is an advantage)
• Quick comprehension skills and interest in occupational pension schemes and personal insurance
• Confident oral and written communication in German and Italian is essential
• Customer-oriented, optimistic personality with negotiation skills
• Ability to respond appropriately, professionally, and solution-oriented in difficult situations
• High communication skills and ability to work independently, precisely, and goal-oriented
