YOUR MISSION
Coordination and management of the CEO and Vice President's appointments
Preparation and organization of meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
Planning and organizing business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transfers
Support in planning and conducting events, conferences, and company events
Interface and first point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of management
Independent research and analysis for decision-making and project support
Administrative support of projects, including creation and maintenance of project plans, minutes, and documentation
Organization and follow-up of project-related coordination, as well as preparation and follow-up of workshops and meetings
Preparation and processing of invoices and travel expense reports
Monitoring of expenses and invoicing
YOUR ENERGIZED PROFILE
Completed commercial training or a business degree
Initial professional experience in a comparable position
Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
Strong communication skills and confident appearance
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling sensitive information
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
Confident handling of MS Office
