Employee Administration/Reception
(80% employment level)
Your task
- involves demanding administrative and organizational tasks
- includes telephone service, reception as well as coordination and care of the infrastructure
- includes the organization of courses and events
- requires a service-oriented and professional appearance
- assumes that you are flexible and independent as well as curious about new tasks

You
- have a degree as a commercial clerk (EFZ) and ideally have experience or a connection to public administration
- enjoy organizing and appreciate direct contact with people
- are willing to take on practical tasks in the area of infrastructure (e.g. setting up course rooms, maintenance of the tea kitchen)
- are proficient in MS Office and open to working with other IT applications
- are reliable and a team player
- work precisely, efficiently and independently
- have very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage

take on temporary leadership and specialist functions in all areas of public administration through personnel leasing
manage offices of professional associations and clubs on a mandate basis
