Your new tasks
- Prepare and cook various dishes
- Plating the food
- Organizing your own station
- Preparation work for the daily business (mise en place)
- Inventory management or assistance with goods management
- Control and compliance with HACCP standards
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ or system catering specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in à la carte or system gastronomy
- Very good German skills
- Team player, resilient, ambitious, independent
- You keep an overview and pitch in where it’s needed
- Motivated, warm, service-oriented
