• Operational and strategic F&B cost controlling
• Management of all booking processes of inventory management, monitoring and coordinating booking processes in material accounting
• Conducting monthly and ongoing inventories, stock and consumption controls including empties / non-food
• Pre- and post-calculation of all F&B items / recipe costing
• Monthly reporting, controlling of weekend figures and gross profit

• Successful training in large-scale hotel management as well as appropriate business administration training
• Specialization in the field of F&B cost control
• Familiarity with MS Office, inventory management and POS programs, ideally Materials Control and Symphony from Oracle
• Personally, you are characterized by your systematic and reliable way of working, your team and communication skills as well as a confident, poised, and professional appearance
