Your new tasks

• End-to-end creation of offers for digitization, automation, and drive technology projects, including cost calculation and technical coordination with departments and customers
• Acting as an important interface and representing the project towards sales, technology, management, and customers to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution
• Comprehensive administrative and organizational support for our project teams in small to medium-sized projects
• Active support in project planning and coordination, from defining the project structure to schedules, costs, and resources
• Ensuring that all project requirements are met and the necessary prerequisites (e.g., software, test equipment) are provided for implementation
• Taking over the continuous development of our project management processes and their efficiency improvement, including conducting "Lessons Learned" workshops.
• Active support and care of our service and maintenance contract customers in Switzerland in daily business
• Participation and representation in the offer workshop (especially during vacation absences) to ensure smooth operations
  
  

Your talents and experience

• A completed basic education in electrical engineering, automation technology, or a comparable field, supplemented by further education at the HF level or an equivalent higher qualification
• Experience in an industrial environment, with plant or mechanical engineering
• Project management certification is an advantage
• Solution-oriented working style and resilience
• Professional internal and external communication
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage
