We are looking for a committed person for this exciting position in the housing sector.

What are your tasks?

• You support and accompany our residents in the areas of housing, everyday coping, care, leisure, and life design
• You take on key worker duties
• You work interdisciplinarily with legal guardians, doctors, psychiatry, and specialist agencies
• You take on departments and responsibilities in everyday life to ensure smooth processes
• You participate in team meetings and supervisions
• You accompany apprentices and students individually and appreciatively

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed training in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification
• You are resilient, show initiative, empathy, and self-reflection
• You support the residents in achieving the greatest possible autonomy and participation
• You have communication, conflict, and cooperation skills
• You enjoy working with residents with different disabilities, individual support needs, and different ages
• You have experience in practical instruction of students or are willing to further educate yourself in this regard
