Your tasks- Handling customer orders from entry to delivery including deadline monitoring and documentation
- Planning and procurement of machines and components (OEM)
- Coordination of transports and logistics processes (sea and air freight, external warehouses, export processing)
- Maintenance and management of SAP data (material master data, orders…)
- Ensuring compliance with export control, customs, and tax regulations in international business
Your profile
- Commercial or logistical training
- Professional experience in purchasing and order processing, ideally in mechanical engineering
- Good SAP knowledge as well as confident handling of MS Office
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style as well as teamwork skills
- Language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
