HR Assistant 100%The Department of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich (www.vd.zh.ch) includes the Office for Labor, the Office for Economy, the Office for Mobility, as well as administratively the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV). The General Secretariat is the staff unit of the Director and the service center of the Directorate. We employ around 1000 employees in various professional groups at over 20 locations in the Canton of Zurich. As an HR competence center, we professionally support our internal and external contacts in all HR matters.
Are you a committed and reliable HR personality who enjoys administrative tasks and teamwork? Then you are exactly right with us! To support our HR Services team, we are looking for a temporary reinforcement for 6 months starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Support the four HR assistants in daily business and all administrative tasks
- Independently handle assigned HR processes and administrative tasks
- Prepare orders, confirmations, and certificates
- Maintain and ensure data quality in our HR systems
- Support the preparation of the monthly payroll
- Occasional participation in optimizations or adjustments of processes
Your profile:
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration
- Training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of HR systems (SAP is an advantage)
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment in working on various topics
- Networked thinking, analytical strength, and high initiative
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Team-oriented, communicative personality with a service mentality
