To strengthen our team in the AI & Operations area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Business Analyst (m/f/d), 100%, at the Basel Headquarters location, starting 01.05.2026.

Your responsibilities
- You analyze existing processes and develop a professionally comprehensible target process definition
- You assess the feasibility, risks, and stability requirements of automation
- You participate in prioritizing strategic projects and smaller initiatives.
- You are responsible for estimating effort, complexity, and potential efficiency gains
- You support decision templates and profitability assessments
- You create clear process documentation, handovers, and traceability
- You ensure consistent documentation for departments, IT, and external partners.

Your profile
- You have a completed degree or university of applied sciences diploma in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- You bring several years of experience (at least 4 years) in process analysis or process optimization. Practical experience in retail or service environments is an advantage.
- You have a basic understanding of workflow-, RPA-, and AI-supported process steps.
- Your conceptual and analytical skills are highly developed.
- You enjoy working in a team and in cross-departmental projects.
- You speak fluent German and/or English.
