The patient administration ensures timely and complete invoicing of all services provided at Schwyz Hospital (outpatient and inpatient). The organization and processes of patient administration must be continuously adapted to changing requirements and legal regulations.
To support our team, we are looking for a clerk starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your Challenge
- Responsibility for correct and timely invoicing of inpatient cases
- Responsibility for correct and timely fee billing of our attending physicians
- Collaboration and interface maintenance with other departments in the hospital
- Initiating and implementing process optimizations (e.g., service recording, administrative processes, digitization projects, etc.)
- Rejection management
Your Profile
- Completed training in commercial and/or nursing field
- Completed or willingness to further train as a medical secretary H+
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss tariff and healthcare system (Tarmed and T, Swiss DRG) is an advantage
- Social competence: communication, criticism and conflict skills, teamwork
- Personal competence: resilience, discretion, assertiveness, flexibility, logic, analytical skills, quick comprehension
