Field Sales Engineer - Process Sensors (a)

• Systematic analysis and development of the assigned customer portfolio
• Support of colleagues in the geographical sales areas for the field of process sensors, process instrumentation
• Independent planning and management of sales activities for acquiring new customers and selecting appropriate distribution channels
• Maintenance and management of customer relationships and active development of our network of OEM customers, plant builders, and end customers
• Solution-oriented consulting as the commercial and technical contact for our customers
• Responsibility for revenue development in own customer portfolio, with a decisive and sustainable increase in sales
• Identification and evaluation of sales opportunities, including their successful conclusion
• After the introductory period at our Frauenfeld headquarters, the activity will mainly be carried out remotely

• Completed technical studies at university of applied sciences or technical college (e.g. electrical engineering or automation technology)
• Initial experience in sales and strong result and revenue orientation
• Fluent knowledge of French and very good knowledge of another national language are required
• Communication and negotiation skills combined with a proactive, engaging, and winning attitude
• Strong commitment and enjoyment of customer contact
• Team spirit with a systematic and independent working method
