Are you looking for a challenging activity that involves both desk work and field assignments? We are looking for an independent, well-organized person who enjoys personal contact with insured persons within the scope of entitlement assessments, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You plan, organize and conduct efficient assessments by phone or on site to evaluate helplessness in the areas of IV and AHV.
- You collect disability-related limitations, assess them and forward the results to our internal specialists.
- You write your assessment reports, process insurance claims in the area of assistance contributions and prepare decisions.
- You share your assessments within the framework of interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, lawyers, integration specialists and other involved persons.
Your skills
- You have training in healthcare (preferably in nursing) and several years of professional experience.
- You have a solution-oriented working style, organizational skills and plan your assignments flexibly, efficiently and customer-oriented.
- You maintain an empathetic approach and are not afraid to visit insured persons at home.
- You have a driving license (category B) and enjoy traveling in the canton of Lucerne.
