- Training at assistant level (Assistant in Health/Social EBA, Nursing Assistant FA)
- SRK course/basic VBB course
- Understanding and empathy for elderly people
- Service and customer orientation
- Teamwork and conscientious working style
- We rely on grade-skill mix, electronic care documentation is standard with us
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks vacation, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
- Employer contribution to premiums for daily sickness allowance insurance and pension fund higher than legal regulations
