To strengthen our team, we are looking for committed and motivated individuals immediately or by arrangement for the following positions:
Building Services Planner Sanitary 60-100 %
Junior Project Manager Sanitary 60-100 %
Project Manager Sanitary 60-100 %
Your tasks:
- You participate in the planning, project design, and implementation of exciting sanitary projects.- You create and process planning, tender, and execution documents.- You support the coordination and handling of projects and independently take responsibility depending on experience and role.- You work closely with clients, architects, specialist planners, suppliers, as well as internal and external project participants.- You assist in the preparation of project calculations, offers, and billing.- You contribute to schedule, cost, and quality control during project execution.- Together with the team, you ensure professional and high-quality planning and implementation of sanitary installations.- With your reliable and customer-oriented working style, you contribute to the successful implementation of our projects and the maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
Your profile:
- You have completed basic training in the field of sanitary/building services engineering, for example as a Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or Sanitary Installer EFZ.- Ideally, you have professional experience in sanitary technology or building services planning. Motivated career starters with appropriate training are also welcome.- You have CAD skills or are willing to familiarise yourself with the relevant programmes.- You possess good technical understanding and are interested in the planning and implementation of building services systems.- You have user knowledge of common MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even with demanding tasks.- You are communicative, customer-oriented, and bring a high level of teamwork, initiative, and responsibility.- You are motivated to develop professionally and personally.- Ideally, you hold a valid category B driving licence.
