Tasks
- Care and support of geriatric psychiatric patients in a psychotherapeutic setting
- Design of the care process in the work with reference persons with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external specialists
- Coordination, management, and evaluation of milieu- and care-therapeutic groups
- Active participation in working groups and projects
Profile
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics, and/or geriatric area
- High social/personal competence and structured way of working
- Willingness to support change processes, to embrace new things, and to actively shape changes
- Work in shift operation (without night shifts)
- Good German and PC skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
