Tasks

Handle customer orders and inquiries in German and French.
Coordinate urgent shipments with production and logistics teams.
Manage customer data and support SAP CRM system.

Skills

Completed commercial training with experience in order processing.
Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
Fluent in German and French; English knowledge a plus.

Your tasks

Receipt and processing of customer orders as well as customer inquiries, in writing and by phone in German and French
Coordination with production & logistics of urgent shipments
Managing and maintaining customer data in SAP
Co-supervision of the electronic order entry system SAP CRM
Training of field staff in matters of order processing
Processing of goods returns and invoice corrections
Deputizing, training and supervision of apprentices in order processing Switzerland

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Experience in order processing
Structured working technique
Good user knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Good ERP knowledge (SAP/R3 SD, MM advantageous) or affinity for ERP systems
Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form, English skills advantageous
